Jacqueline Symons is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Fellow of CPA Australia. She is a registered Tax Agent, Justice of the Peace and the Managing Partner of Professional Insights. She has over 30 years in-depth experience in all compliance areas, such as Taxation, Financials, Accounting, ASIC and Corporate Secretarial, Business Advisory and Strategic Business Management. In the last 5 years, she has focused her attention on Business Advisory and Consultancy. Jackie, or some of her clients call her Jack, is very hands-on and she takes great pride in ‘hand-holding’ her clients from business set up to expansion and growth of their businesses. Jackie has great passion and commitment to her work and to the success of her clients.

Arthur Yen

Partner
MBA, Bach. Applied Science (IT).
Arthur Yen, Partner of Professional Insights, is an MBA. He has over 30 years of experience in the business world. He has a strong ability to develop and implement business strategy, and has a proven record with the ability to grow revenue in highly competitive markets. Arthur has strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage in high level professional relationships. He has a high end knowledge of understanding business, business strategies, restructuring & valuations of businesses. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills into the Practice.

Trinie Aquino

Accountant
Trinie is an overseas qualified Accountant, who has over 40 years Accounting Experience. Of those years, 23 years was in Public Practice based in New Zealand. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to in the Accounting Industry and Profession. She enjoys the challenges of the deadlines that Australian Compliance and Regulators demand of us. She is an organized and dynamic Accountant, who takes great pride in her work and happily tells everyone that she loves Accounting.  Trinie deals one-on-one with clients to ensure that their work is completed to the highest of standards to ensure customer satisfaction. She bases her job on being client-centric. She is the head of accounts and manages the PI team of Accountants.


Deanna Adlawan

Accountant
Deanna has a Banking background, which enables her to deal with complex financial transactions and maintain daily cash transactions for her customers. She has excellent communications skills and takes pride in establishing good relationships with her clients. At PI, Deanna works very closely with her group of clients preparing & processing Monthly Accounts, preparing and lodging BAS’, following up on SGC contribution and maintaining client General Ledgers. Deanna is an enthusiastic and passionate about life, a great worker and is involved with Team Building events for PI. She is currently working on writing and submitting Government Grants for our clients.


Grace Myagmarjav

Accountant
Grace has a Masters in Professional Accounting, BSc. IT
Grace has a background in the Banking Industry as an Assistant Accountant, specializing in Personal and Corporate Banking Services, as well as Wealth Management. She also has a background in Sales. This gives her the edge to work with different people and handle stressful circumstances. Grace currently heads our IT Team and is responsible for maintaining the Website, and our Linked In and Facebook Accounts. She also prepares Monthly Accounts, maintains client General Ledgers and assists with applications for Government Grants. She is a proactive and competent person, striving to be at the top of her game.

Sharon Symons

Sharon started her career as a para-legal & worked with Firms in the city. She then joined Professional Insights as the Office Manager working with ASIC, Fair Trading, Workers Comp. Insurances companies etc. She then moved on working in a Medical Practice, in the Accounts department.

Sharon has returned to PI and resumed work in the Corporate Secretarial role & dealing with Work Cover for our clients. Sharon has years of experience in this field. Some of our clients who have been with us for a while & know her, are very happy to have her back.

Addi Nehme
Personal Assistant

Addi is PA/Admin support both internally and externally for clients when requested. Addi is a “Task-driven” person who loves the challenge of getting jobs done and work completed. We will be outsourcing her skills to clients who urgently need sorting out. She also manages her husband’s Interior Decorating (Building) company; Rolling Colors Pty Ltd.

Richard Yen
IT/Admin Support

Richard has excellent admin skills and is very efficient at client set up and management of client filing systems. He is currently studying a Music degree at AIM and has started a Music Business under the name of Richie Yen, where he produces Music. He will be finishing his studies to a Masters in Education and will be teaching guitar lessons.

James Yen
Multi-Media/Admin

James has very good skills in the Multi-Media zone and is skilled at Filing and Admin tasks. He is currently studying Multi-Media at Macquarie University. He also a professional photographer and he runs his own business; Outlier Productions.
